Shipping Policy

All orders from BioPep Labs are shipped via Australia Post Express from our Brisbane facility. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours once payment has been confirmed. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Returns & Refunds

We stand by the reliability of our shipping. In the rare case that your parcel does not arrive, BioPep Labs guarantees a full reship of your order at no extra cost.
Please note: due to regulatory restrictions on our product range, we are unable to accept returns once items have been dispatched.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund. However, once you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
